Red Dragonfly Productions is excited to introduce Bi'an - 'The Other Shore' - a UK Chinese Writers Network, which is founded by Leeds-based writer Mary Cooper, who has worked tirelessly with the UK Chinese community to encourage them to write and tell their stories.

Bi'an aims to connect, develop, and promote Chinese heritage writers across the UK. Whether you're beginning, emerging, or established; whether you write fiction, life-writing, poetry, or script - if you’re a Chinese heritage writer, this is the network for you.

The Bi’an Launch is the first of four events held throughout 2018 which will combine discussion, practical writing workshops, and the promotion of Chinese heritage writers, with a chance to meet other writers and make professional contacts.
